The Heavy Fall of rain makes a river of Indiana swell and flood the city. All inhabitants are forced by utility to leave immediately. Elle croit qu’il est un pillard et appelle les flics pour le faire intervenir. Mais comme le Shérif apprend de réalisent beaucoup si une situation comme cela, il les radios son vieux copain Hank, en haut au barrage.
