Unhappily married and uncomfortable with life among the British upper crust, Julia Sturges takes her two children and boards the Titanic for America. A film actress is murdered by her estranged husband who is jealous of all her young boyfriends. The next day, writer Robert Tisdall (who happens to be one such boyfriend) discovers her body on the beach. He runs to call the police, however, two witnesses think that he is the escaping murderer. Robert is arrested, but owing to a mix up at the courthouse, he escapes and goes on the run with a police constable’s daughter Erica, determined to prove his innocence.

After conquering the oppressive humans in “Conquest for the Planet of the Apes”, Caeser(Roddy McDowal) must now keep the peace amongst the humans and apes. Gorilla General Aldo(Claude Akins) views things differently, and tries to cause an ape civil war. Judah Ben-Hur lives as a rich Jewish prince and merchant in Jerusalem at the beginning of the 1st century. Together with the new governor his old friend Messala arrives as commanding officer of the Roman legions. At first they are happy to meet after a long time but their different politic views separate them. During the welcome parade a brick falls down from Judah’s house and barely misses the governor. Although Messala knows that they are not guilty he sends Judah to the galleys and throws his mother and sister into prison. But Judah swears to come back and take revenge.

Dr Nookey is disgraced and sent to a remote island hospital. He is given a secret slimming potion by a member of staff, Gladstone Screwer, and he flies back to England to fame and fortune. But others want to cash in on his good fortunes, and some just want him brought down a peg or two.

Just before WWI, brothers Monte and Roy Rutledge visit Germany with Karl, their German pal at Oxford . When war breaks out Karl is called back to Germany and ends up on a Zepplin bombing London. He directs the bombs so that they fall harmlessly in water. Monte and Roy join the RAF. They’re not too happy about the war either, but they volunteer for a dangerous mission bombing a German munitions dump.

Con l’aiuto di una aspirante attrice riesce fare delle esperienze ’sul campo’. Dopo varie peripezie, si trova coinvolto in un errore giudiziario ed è condannato ai lavori forzati. Cerca di svelare la propria identità, ma non viene creduto. Durante la permanenza in carcere si rende conto che i detenuti trovano sollievo alla sofferenza di essere rinchiusi solo guardando film di cartoni animati. Alla fine viene riconosciuta la sua innocenza e viene rilasciato. Questa esperienza gli servirà molto per capire che in momenti difficili l’essere umano ha bisogno di gioia e, quindi, decide di tornare alle sue commedie.

Fictionalized account of the battle of the Ardennes in December 1944. An intelligence officer, Lt. Col. Dan Riley, is convinced that the Germans are amassing tanks and troops for an attack but he can’t get anyone to believe him. When the attack is finally launched, he correctly deduces that a shortage of petrol will lead the tanks to a massive Allied fuel depot. Along the way, we encounter a number of characters including a green Lieutenant in his first battle, the grizzled American tank commander who is worried about his black market operation and a group of German soldiers posing as American MP’s.

At a remote lhamasery in the Himalayas, scientist John Rollason studies rare mountain herbs with the help of his wife Helen, and associate Peter, while awaiting the arrival of an American named Tom Friend. Over Helen’s objections and warnings by the High Lhama, he sets out with Friend on an expedition to find the elusive Yeti, accompanied by another American named Shelley and a young Scotsman, McNee, who claims to have seen the thing. Footprints are found in the snows and McNee seems queerly affected the closer they get to their quarry’s likely habitat but the biggest shock to Rollason is discovering Friend is a showman who only intends to exploit their find, with Shelley his gamehunter-marksman. The conflict between science and commercialism only increases when an enormous anthropoid is shot, and the horror only increases as the party realizes the other Yeti intend to retrieve their fallen comrade and have powers to do so which seem extra-human…

From the book by H.G. Wells, a scientist and tinkerer builds a time machine and uses it to explore the distant future where there are two races, a mild gentle race, and a cannibalistic one living underground. His machine is stolen by the underground race and he must risk being captured (and eaten) to return to his own time.

Self-made millionaire Ken Jorgenson vacations with his wife and teenage daughter on Pine Island, Maine, where — some 20 years earlier — he’d worked as a lifeguard. Jorgenson now resumes a romance with island resident Sylvia Hunter who is trapped in a marriage as loveless as Jorgenson’s.
