Gordon Bombay, a hotshot lawyer, is haunted by memories of his childhood, when, as the star player in his champion hockey team, he lost the winning goal in a shootout, thereby losing the game, and the approval of his coach. After being charged for drunk driving, the court orders him to coach a peewee hockey team, the worst in the league, Gordon is at first very reluctant. However, he eventually gains the respect of the kids and teaches them how to win, gaining a sponsor on the way and giving the team the name of The Ducks. As they are favored by the powerful members of society. And the Ducks are once again seen as the Rag-Tag untradtional team. Shunned upon by the conservative norm. Faced with a new uptight coach and the mounted pressure from the alumus board, whos chair is the Varsity team captains father, the obstacles are huge for the Ducks. Can Gordon mentor Charley and veer him away from his current path of self-destructivness and teach him he is the only one capable of leading the Ducks, their one and only captain. According to Boston Red Sox super fan Ben Wrightman, finding romance is just as likely as his beloved team winning the World Series. But then Ben meets Lyndsey Meeks, and suddenly anything’s possible. Well… until Spring Training begins, and Lindsey sees Ben on ESPN in Florida acting like an idiot. But these games don’t count, and she knows that there may be trouble once the first pitch is thrown. But she seems fine about it, because as she competes for a promotion, she says Ben won’t be affected by her at work all the time. But things really get out of hand when Lyndsey gets hit by a line drive foul ball off of Baltimore Orioles’ Miguel Tejada, and the Sox begin to loose. The relationship picks up, but when Lyndsey gives Ben the opportunity to go to Paris with her, he turns it down, because Seattle’s rolling in and the Sox are 3 1/2 games behind New York and Ben says that they need him. Later, the Red Sox are in the ALCS against New York, and fall behind three games to none. Then, Ben decides to sell his Red Sox tickets to make Lyndsey happy and say that he loves her. In 1946, in Miami, John Huberman is convicted for treason against the United States of America. However, when she is ordered to meet with the German Alexander Sebastian who has a crush on her, she feels disappointed with the lack of attitude of Devlin. Sooner Alexander proposes her and Devlin does not object when Captain Prerscott asks her to marry Alexander. Alicia snoops around the mansion and discovers that the wine cellar is locked. Devlin suggests to her that she asks Alexander to throw her a party to introduce her to the society in Rio and invites him. |

The Addams’ finally find the perfect nanny in Debbie: a seemingly innocent woman with an impeccable wardrobe and a way with her hands. She charms the family, especially Uncle Fester, who is head-over-heels for her. However, Wednesday and Pugsley see through her sensual facade: Debbie is only after Fester for his money. Before they can rat on her, she has the kids sent off to summer camp, as she and Fester get married. While she tries (several times) to kill Fester and make it look like an accident, Pugsley and Wednesday must battle ever-cheery camp directors and spoiled rich kids to get back to their family and warn them of Debbie’s plans. |
