A farmer of Michigan and a prospecter form an association in the gold country of California. Their adventures include purchase and fact to share a woman, fact to divert a stadium, taking it away of six prostitutes and fact to transform their camp of mining development in a city mushroom. Along the way there is the abundance to drink, game of money and song. They note even that the time makes a bit creative gold mining development.
