When two colleagues of James Bond are assassinated, James follows the widow of a double agent who was killed - and a confrontation follows. The agent doubles is part of the SPECTRE and the meeting of the organisation in a secret den in the regrets of Paris the temporary agent as he takes care of new criminal cases.
