Brendan Behan, a sixteen-year-old republican, continues a bombing mission of Ireland in Liverpool during World War II. Its mission is upset when he is arrested, loaded and imprisoned in the Reformatory, an institution of reform for young offenders in Anglia Est, England. At home of correction, Brendan is forced to live face to face with those he received as “the enemy, “a confrontation which reveals a deep internal conflict in young person Brendan and forces an examination of one who is traumatic as long as revealing. Events take a rebound and Brendan is thrown in a grand tour. In the emotional whirl, he faces finally to tell the truth.
