Dorian Shanley (Kirk Harris), is a surgeon of heart that goes too far of alcohol and drugs. Dorian does business stolen pharmacists of the cocaine, supplied by his best friend and enabler, Ursinho from plush (Eric Roberts). While Dorian’s life and the run take an immersion of tip, Shanley numbs the pain of losing his father, William Shanley (John Savage), to the form of a common alzhiemer’s in professional boxers. To complicate besides that circumstances, Dorian falls in the love with the best friend of his friend of the college, Anna (Camila Sobreadeus Roos). The movie is still Shanley for a labyrinth of pharmacies, clubs and binges and surgery, in heart of the abuse of drug.

Enquanto a vida de Dorian e a carreira tomam um mergulho de ponta, Shanley entorpece a dor de perder o seu pai, William Shanley (John Savage), a uma forma do alzhiemer’s comum em pugilistas profissionais. Para complicar além disso circunstâncias, Dorian cai no amor com o melhor amigo da sua amiga do colégio, Anna (Camila Sobreadeus Roos). O filme segue Shanley por um labirinto de farmácias, clubes e farras e cirurgia, no coração do abuso de droga.
