Sam Dawson has the spiritual capacity of a 7-year-old. He works on a Starbucks and is tormented with the Beatles. He has a daughter with a homeless woman; she gives up them, as soon as they leave the hospital. He calls his daughter Lucy Diamond (after the song of the Beatles), and educates them. But because she reaches age 7 themselves, the restrictions of Sam start becoming a problem at school; she hides intentionally to avoid, to look cleverer, than he. The authorities take them, and shame of Sam the expensive lawyer Rita Harrison in the taking of his case per bono away. In struggle for the power which follows, a triangle of unusual love appears by displaying the perversity of the human heart and the idiosyncrasy of civilised mind. Human Nature is a funny examination of the ornaments of desire in the world where both nature and culture are idealised.
