The soldier Universel II continues the history of Luke Deveraux, which survived its experiments as an Universal Soldier, recovered and works now as a technical expert on a governmental plan to revive and to improve the programme of training of Universal Soldier. When S. E. T. H. the supercomputer controlling the Soldiers, order goes broken down and, Luke is the only one who can struggle against this élitaire team of lethal, almost perfect warriors.
