It is the summer of 1994, and the streets of New York are pressing with hip-hop. Set against this backdrop, a lonely teenager named Luke Shapiro spends his last summer before college selling marijuana throughout New York City, trade with its unorthodox psychotherapist for treatment, despite be in love with his stepdaughter.

Roy must take the load and save them from danger of this wired Hell.
