In September of 1971, a platoon of recruits arrives on Feet. Polk, the Luisiana, for infantry training before leaving for war. The final week happens in Tigerland, a similar marsh to the Vietnam. Jim Paxton enlisted; he wants to try everything and to write books then. He helps Roland Bozz, a calm texano with a present to enter in the preoccupation and to help persons when unloadings messed up being acquired. At least a sociopath in the platoon hates Bozz, even that the sergeants of ill will recognize his capacities of leadership. Like the heads of platoon in his week in Tigerland, the body of Paxton distributes, Bozz does plans of AWOL goes, and the sociopath comes they are maintained of the lively ammunition. Is the marsh of Luisiana more dangerous than the DMZ?.
