Plot Summary:
Bruce Nolan (Carrey), a television reporter in the buffalo, N. Y. , is with almost to all in the life in spite of his popularity and the love of his friend, mercy (aniseed tone) dissatisfied. At the end of the worst day of his life Bruce angry mocks and rages at the God, and God answers. God appears in the human form (freeman) and, Bruce with God’s powers endowing, challenges Bruce to take over the big job to see whether he can do it a little better.
Bruce Nolan (Carrey), ein Fernsehreporter im Büffel, N. Y. , ist mit fast allem im Leben trotz seiner Beliebtheit und der Liebe seiner Freundin, Gnade (Aniston) unzufrieden. Am Ende des schlechtesten Tages seines Lebens verspottet Bruce verärgert und wütet gegen den Gott, und Gott antwortet.
