Plot Summary:
A man is shot and buried fast in the high desert of western Texas. The body is found and in the town cemetery by van horn wiederbegraben. Pete Perkins, a local ranch foreman, kidnaps a border patrolman and makes him exhume the body. With his prisoner in the draggings and the body engaged to a mule Pete takes over a dangerous and donquichottische trip in Mexico.
