Plot Summary:
Melanie Carmichael (Reese Witherspoon), a couturier above and going up to New York, accepted almost everything that she wished for since she was not much. She has a big career and similar husband in JFK of New York. But when he offers him, she does not forget her family give the South up - and, what is more important her husband behind there, who refuses to divorce her since she sent a paper of divorce for almost 5 years. To instal business directly, she decides to go to the quick south and to make it sign papers. But when things do not turn way that it planned them, she realises that what she had before in the south was more perfect than the life which she had in New York.
Melanie Carmichael (Reese Witherspoon), un couturier en haut et montant à New York, a reçu presque tout qu’elle a souhaité pour depuis qu’elle était peu. Elle a une grande carrière et mari semblable au JFK de New York. Mais quand il lui propose, elle n’oublie pas de sa famille cèdent le Sud - et, ce qui est plus important son mari en arrière là, qui refuse de divorcer d’avec elle depuis qu’elle a envoyé un papier de divorce depuis presque 5 ans. Pour installer des affaires directement, elle décide d’aller au sud rapide et le faire signer les papiers. Mais quand les choses ne retournent pas la façon qu’elle les a planifiée, elle se rend compte que ce qu’elle avait auparavant au sud était bien plus parfait que la vie qu’elle avait à New York.
