Plot Summary:
If an experimental space trip fails, four people are changed by cosmic rays. Pipe Richards, inventor and leader of the group wins the ability to stretch his body, and takes the name, man. Fantastically. His friend, Sue Storm, wins the ability to turn invisibly and to create, fields, the invisible woman force themselves calling. Their younger brother Johnny Storm wins the ability to control fire, including the covering of his own body with the flame, the human torch growing. Into pilot Ben Grimm it is transformed in a superstrong rock being which is called thing. Together they use her unique powers to investigate the foreign aspects of the world, and to thwart the bad plans of doctor Doom.
