Plot Summary:
Mulan is a girl, an only child of the respected family. When Huns pervades China, a man of every family to arms is called. The father of Mulan, who has an old wound and cannot walk correctly, decides to struggle for his country and the honour of his family although it is clearing that he will not survive an enemy meeting. Mulan, who was just rejected by the matchmaker because it had set fire to him, decides to prove that she is worth something and slips away to correspond towards her father in the Chinese army. She prays to the ancestors of her family for protection and chance before leaving as a man in the armour of her father with the horse of her family. The ancestors wake up and decide to send Mushu, a small dragon dishonoured to help Mulan in its search. Some weeks later, Mulan and other soldiers of cavalry survived the training camp and are on the way in the north to stop huns. Having been seen and been followed by the enemies, a situation impass in mountains forces Mulan to find an idea. But then, his real sex will not be any more a secret. She decides to risk everything to save China.
Mulan est une fille, le seul enfant de sa famille honorée. Quand les Huns envahissent la Chine, on appelle un homme de chaque famille aux bras. Le père de Mulan, qui a une vieille blessure et ne peut pas marcher correctement, décide de lutter pour son pays et l’honneur de sa famille bien que ce soit le dégagement qu’il ne survivra pas à une rencontre ennemie. Mulan, qui a été rejeté juste par le marieur parce qu’elle lui avait mis le feu, décide de prouver qu’elle vaut quelque chose et s’esquive pour correspondre à l’endroit de son père dans l’armée chinoise. Elle prie aux ancêtres de sa famille pour la protection et la chance avant de partir comme un homme dans l’armure de son père avec le cheval de sa famille. Les ancêtres se réveillent et décident d’envoyer Mushu, un petit dragon déshonoré pour aider Mulan dans sa quête. Quelques semaines plus tard, Mulan et les autres soldats de cavalerie ont survécu au camp d’entraînement et sont sur la voie au nord pour arrêter les huns. Après avoir été aperçue et poursuivi par les ennemis, une situation impass dans les montagnes force Mulan à trouver une idée. Mais alors, son sexe réel ne sera plus un secret. Elle décide de risquer tout pour sauver la Chine.
