Plot Summary:
Ted was a grind in the secondary school who was about to go to the High School ball with one of the most popular girls at school, Marys. The High-School-Ball-Datum never happened because Ted had a very unusual accident. Thirteen years later he understands that he is in love still in Mary, he does a private detective to find them. This investigator discovers that he can also be in love in Mary, he gives to Ted a little bit wrong information to keep him away from her. But Ted is soon found back in the life of Mary because we observe a funny scene after another.
Ted war ein Streber in der Höheren Schule, der dabei war, zum High-School-Ball mit einem der populärsten Mädchen in der Schule, Marys zu gehen. Das High-School-Ball-Datum geschah nie, weil Ted einen sehr ungewöhnlichen Unfall hatte. Dreizehn Jahre später begreift er, dass er noch in Mary verliebt ist, so stellt er einen Privatdetektiv an, um sie ausfindig zu machen. Dieser Ermittlungsbeamte entdeckt, dass er auch in Mary verliebt sein kann, so gibt er Ted etwas falsche Information, um ihn weg von ihr zu behalten. Aber bald findet sich Ted zurück ins Leben von Mary, weil wir eine komische Szene nach einem anderen beobachten.
