Plot Summary:
Increase and fall of well-known Roman Emperor Caligula, by showing the violent methods which he uses to earn the throne and the subsequent madness of his reign - he gives the political bureau to his horse and humiliates and carries out somebody who dissatisfies him even slightly. He also sleeps with his sister, organises complicated orgies and undertakes a fruitless plague of England before meeting the appropriate end. There are versions different from the film, variable of heavily - the version cut down by 90 minutes in the hardcore legendary version of 160 minutes who leaves nothing in imagination (although hardcores stages are inserted later and do not implicate the main actors).
L’augmentation et la chute d’Empereur romain notoire Caligula, en montrant les méthodes violentes qu’il emploie pour gagner le trône et la folie ultérieure de son règne - il donne le bureau politique à son cheval et humilie et exécute quelqu’un qui le mécontente même légèrement. Il dort aussi avec sa soeur, organise des orgies compliquées et entreprend une invasion infructueuse de l’Angleterre avant de rencontrer une fin appropriée. Il y a des versions différentes du film, variant de lourdement - la version tronquée de 90 minutes à la version hardcore légendaire de 160 minutes qui ne quitte rien à l’imagination (bien que les scènes hardcores aient été insérées plus tard et n’impliquent pas les acteurs principaux).
