Plot Summary:
Rust Boyd (Seagal) is a poli of Detroit who does not continue rules. After he saved the Vice-president violating every order that he received he it is transferred to one of the worst surroundings in the city. There he quickly finds some corrupt polis that bandage the heroin to drug traffickers. The problem is, it is very difficult to tell who the bad guy is and in whom you can trust.

Después de que él salvó al Vicepresidente violando cada orden que él recibió él es transferido a uno de los alrededores peores en la ciudad.
