Plot Summary:
In not till now future the polar polar skullcaps have melted and to prove raise of the waters of the ocean he has drowned all the coastal cities of the world. Withdrawn from the interior of the continents, the human race keeps on advancing, reaching to the point of creating realistic robots (it called wicks) to serve to him. One of the companies of wick - production constructs David, an artificial child who is first in having real feelings, especially an endless love for his “mother”, Monica. Monica is the woman who adopted him like a substitute of his real son, who remains in the cryo-estasis struck by an incurable illness. David lives happily with Monica and his husband, but when his real son returns to house after a remedy is discovered, his changes of life dramatically. A futurist adaptation of the story of Pinocchio, with David who is the “false” boy who desperately wants to become “real”.
En el no hasta ahora futuro los casquetes polares polares se han derretido y resultar levantan de las aguas del océano ha ahogado todas las ciudades costeras del mundo. Retirado al interior de los continentes, la raza humana sigue avanzando, alcanzando al punto de crear robots realistas (llamó mechas) para servirle. Una de las compañías de mecha-producción construye a David, un niño artificial que es primero en tener verdaderos sentimientos, sobre todo un amor interminable por su “madre”, Monica. Monica es la mujer que le adoptó como un sustituto de su verdadero hijo, que permanece en la cryo-estasis, golpeada por una enfermedad incurable. David vive felizmente con Monica y su marido, pero cuando su verdadero hijo vuelve a casa después de que una cura es descubierta, sus cambios de vida dramáticamente. Una adaptación futurista del cuento de Pinocchio, con David que es el muchacho “falso” que desesperadamente quiere hacerse “verdadero”.
