Plot Summary:
On New Year’s Eve, inside a guardhouse it is about to be closed forever, the officer Jake Roenick (Hawke) must cook up cops invented by a force hastily and the criminals to escape from an indiquante crowd kill the gangster Marion Bishop (Fishburne).
